My Car Accident:  After a severe car accident several years ago, I found how pain relieving and healing Reflexology and Bodywork could be. After several months of recieving that work and healing; I decided I wanted to offer that relief to others.

New Beginnings : I began studying massage and bodywork in 2003. I've been in full time practice since graduating. I believe my experiences of pain gives me insight as to where to find and relieve it in others. I love bringing relief and a smile to those in my care.

What I Believe
and Know:

I believe that our thoughts about our bodies, our abilities, our deserveability, our health, our prospects etc; reflect back as our reality. That's why I always try to remind myself, my friends, and my clients of the possible good we can expect.

I'm always looking for possible ways to increase the health, range of motion, strength, happiness and comfort with all clients.
